I love it, Daw-ling!

I follow MANY blogs online, but I must say that
QBee's Quest is right at the top on my list!
Brenda Quintana is the stamper/blogger there and
she is just so generous and talented!!

She always has the cutest projects and shares
tutorials that are top notch!  If you haven't,
go NOW and check out her site - you'll love it!

I saw these super cute explosion box purses there and
couldn't resist making some immediately!!

The small purse is made using a 6x6 piece of Concord Crush DSP and the
Concord Crush cardstock was cut with the second smallest Labels Framelit Die.

The larger purse is made using a 12x12 piece of the Everyday Enchantment
SAB DSP.  I just can't get enough of the paper pack - I absolutely LOVE it!

QBee's Quest has the awesome tutorial that will take you through the step by step.

Here is a side view (above) and also an open view (below)

Eeek! I love 'em!

As always, if you have any questions about my projects
or more details about items used, please post a comment and I
will get back you asap!  Thanks for stopping by!

It was a Fun Friday Night!

(Click Photos To Enlarge)
Last night was my SAB open house.  It gave all those who
haven't seen this year's Sale-A-Bration items a chance
to stop by, take a look, do some stamping and relax a bit!

It was Freebie Friday here at my house, I had 2 FREE make
and takes to choose from.  A Valentine featuring the new
Totally A-maz-ing stamp set and Maze Games from the mini.

The outside of the card is an envelope, sealed and then
cut down to make a square shaped card.

 Isn't it cute?!

The second was a simple covered note pad
using some of the Sale-A-Bration offerings.
(See pages 6 and 7 in the SAB catty for products used)

Sorry if you missed it!

Sale-A-Bration runs through March 31st though.
So, you still have time to book a workshop or place your order!

Thanks for stopping by and come back again soon!

Stamp Club and Sweet Treats!!

Sale-A-Bration is now underway (every stamper's favorite time of year)
and we had so much fun using all of the new goodies at the January Club!
Click Here, or see the side panel to the right for this year's featured freebies!

We made these darling paper bag scrapbook albums using the Everyday
Enchantment DSP and the coordinating Ribbon and Brad pack featured in
this year's SAB catalog.  You will also see the new Framelits, embossing
edgers and the Twitterpated fabric too!! They were fun and easy to make!

I treated the ladies to some yummy stamped cookies as an
extra little treat - just because!

To answer your question... Yes, they are buttery and delicious!
I used the one of the recipes that come with the stamps and they were
super simple to make (that say's a lot for me - I'm a stamper, not a baker).

The boxes I gave out contained all heart stamped cookies, but there are 5
other patterns to choose from and lots of possibilities.  The shamrock one
below was painted with leftover egg whites and a little food coloring!

Thanks for stopping by and come back again soon!

Framelits!

Wow! I got a chance to play with the new Framelit dies over
the weekend and I just love them!!  SU! has two different shape
collections to start with - Hearts or Labels.  Each Set is $26.95
and you can take a look at them on page 6 of the Occasions Mini.

Here are the deetsThe innovative, thin, wafer-like design of these
dies lets you see where you’re placing the design before you cut!
Layer dies inside each other to cut frames for stamp images.
Cut single labels for accents or layering. Use with single sheets of
card stock or Designer Series Paper. Labels Collection coordinates
with our Apothecary Art Stamp Set. Largest label is approximately
5-7/16" wide. Includes 6 dies in a sturdy envelope for easy
storage in our Big Shot Die Storage.

Today I have samples featuring the Labels Collection.

The first sample (above) goes out to my Gnomie, Kim Peles!
Hi Kim!! I used the new Gnome Sweet Gnome set, labels
framelits and the Twitterpated DSP. (All from the new mini)
If you notice, I used the framelits to emboss and to die cut on
this one! Yes, ladies - they are multifunctional!

The second gives you a little sneak peek at some
DSP that will be available during Sale-A-Bration!!
Its called Everyday Enchantment and I just love it!
I also used the Best of Everything stamp set featured
on page 103 of the main IB&C.

Thanks for stopping by and come back soon!

Yes, I'm still alive!

So, I guess it's been quite some time since I posted.  I did not intentionally
stop posting.  In fact, I think of it often but haven't been able to get it on the
top of my to do list just yet.  I am still stamping!  I am still your demo! I continue
to create with my club!  But as everyone knows, sometimes other things in
your life need to be the priority and that is what is happening with me right now.
Not to worry, I will keep in touch and hopefully with the new year can get
back to my regular posts and cyber life but until then I will be sporadic.

On a separate note... I recently joined a prayer group and we are currently
reading and meeting to discuss the book Rain On Me by Holley Gerth.
It is a fabulous book and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone no
matter what age or background because it appeals to all.  Holley also has
an incredible blog, visit her here if you'd like!

Below is a quick snapshot of a little something I made for the friends in
in my prayer group.  Everyone always seems to be reaching for the
tissues when we meet and I know there are times we to reach for them
when we're not together so I made some travel tissue holders.

I hope you like them!  I made the box myself.  It was
easy to do with the Simply Scored Scoring Tool!
Here is a FREE Template, if you'd like to make one.

Bear With Me And Keep Checking Back!!
